The living area also includes a sleeper sofa for added flexibility. The open layout offers a full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and a private balcony overlooking the pool and bay—ideal for enjoying sunny mornings or colorful summer sunsets. This condo is just a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and local attractions. It is a cozy and convenient base for a spring or summer family getaway. Dogs, cats, and caged birds are allowed. The fee is $150 for up to two pets, and $100 for each additional pet. Pet fees are collected at check-in. Guests must be 25 or older to book. Refundable Security Hold of $200 collected at check-in. Cancellations incur a $50 fee for deposit refunds (excludes Airbnb bookings).
