Cancel 30+ days before check-in-100% refund Cancel 14-30 days out: 50% refund Cancel within 14 days: No refund. $50 cancellation fee applies to all canceled bookings.
Resort Rules
Must be 21 or Older to rent. The resort requires a $250 security deposit upon check in. This is refundable based on inspection of the room. For stays longer than 21 days we require a $500 security deposit and require that the unit is cleaned weekly at no additional charge to the guest.
