All CoolVacay properties are professionally managed either by Pines Property, the owner of CoolVacay, or other professional managers. We work to ensure that all managers of properties we list do a great job as well. Linens are included with all our rentals at no extra cost.

We aim to provide the lowest possible prices for our customers by avoiding middlemen and unnecessary commissions and fees. The price you see is the price you get (plus applicable tax). There are no hidden costs. Our search engine allows you to seek out the best prices for the dates and location you want. Many online travel agencies will charge up to 30% commission to owners and managers. This commission is passed on to the customer. We do not charge our affiliates, so we keep your price as low as possible. Go ahead and compare them for the same properties.
